FAQ

  • How much do your balloons cost?

    We us a tiered level pricing structure for most of our balloon arrangements or decor.  You pick the tier from * to ***** which corresponds to a price level.  We then design and create whatever it is right to that price tier.  We will do our best to work with your budget, no matter what that is. If you ‘want it all’ but don’t have an unlimited budget, we can offer designs that will work for you. Every event is unique. Fill out the inquiry form or e-mail us for a quote.

  • What is your delivery area and what do you charge?

    Our setup & delivery charge is based on your order total. It is typically $15 delivery Grand Forks and $15 delivery fee East Grand Forks. $20 to Thompson or Grand Forks Air Force Base.   We do deliver out of town at a rate of $1 per mile to you from our location. If we have to rent a U-Haul truck to get everything there, additional fees may apply. Our typical delivery time is between 9 and 5, Tuesday-Saturday.

  • How much notice do you need?

    We appreciate a few weeks notice, but depending on just how booked we are we can often squeeze in last minute orders.  We carry a wide variety of stock to be able to accomodate people, but the less notice you give the more flexible you may need to be in colors or designs.

    A rush fee may apply during peak periods.

  • Can you make anything out of balloons?

    You ask for it, we will sure try. So much is possible in the Balloon World. The sky is the limit, literally. You will be amazed what we can create with balloons! We are up for a challenge…just ask!

    But just know that creating custom things are not going to be cheap.  

  • How long do the balloons last?

    Longevity is dependent upon location and climate. Foil balloons will far outlast latex balloons, up to 2 weeks and often much longer. Air-filled latex balloons can last longer than 2 weeks; however, the balloons will oxidize (turn velvet-like and lose their shine) after a few hours. Helium balloons typically last for 12-14 hours but we can extend their lift duration by several days, using Hi-Float (a gel-like substance that lines the inside of the latex). Decor is made special for your event – the best optimum appearance is on the day of your event, lasting 8 to 10 hours indoors.

  • What are the best balloon conditions?

    Cool air, indoor facilities, away from the heat, sun and wind. Balloons can pop when exposed to sun, heat, weather, temperature changes, animals and people. We work with high-quality balloons at the top of industry standards. Balloons will look best when first installed. Take your photos as soon as possible for best results.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If cancellation occurs less than 3 days of event date, there will be no refund of any monies paid. However, if the cancellation is weather-driven or an Emergency in nature, we will apply any fees paid, to another date.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). We welcome checks, if received at least 7 days prior to your event and of course, cash always works.  

    Due to the amount of personalization and customization that we do ALL personal orders MUST be paid in full prior to pick up. Larger events are to be paid-in-full at least 7 days prior to your event, unless other arrangements have been made.
